
Non-customized orders received by 1:00pm [MST] will normally ship the next business day. Custom orders are shipped in 7 to 10 business days. During the Holiday Season [November-December] you may experience a delay of 10 to 20 business days from the time you place your order until it is actually shipped.
However, if you need your order in a “RUSH” please let us know. We will do our best to get your order to you in time!
CUSTOM ORDERS
Because monogramming/personalization is a custom service, we cannot accept returns on personalized items once they are shipped. Therefore, if you are ordering personalized items, please take that extra minute to make sure you have entered your order correctly! However, if you think you have made a mistake after placing your order and we have not yet shipped the item(s) that you requested to be personalized, we may be able to make a correction. For fastest service, call us at 1-970-290-2062.
If you are buying an item for a gift and want it shipped directly to the recipient, please let us know so we can package your gift accordingly and include a “from sender card”. Please let us know any special requirements in the “Special Instructions and Comments” on your checkout form.
ORDERING
Once you have completed your shopping click on the “Checkout Stand” bar. Choose carefully the options for filling your order. If you are ordering monogramming, fill in the required information for monogramming in the "Special Instructions & Comments" section.
Next, use the choice buttons to make your decisions regarding the available shipping options. If your order is a “Rush” choose the Express Delivery method desired: Overnight or 2nd Day Air. Please note the extra charge for Express Delivery in the Shipping and Handling section below.
Continue to the “Secure Order Form”. We use a secure server for credit card transactions. [Click the Verisign icon to verify this.] Make sure you give us your correct billing and shipping information including road, street, avenue, apt number etc. and your contact phone number with area code and e-mail address. We want to make sure your package arrives safely and on time!
Be sure to double check your credit card information for accuracy. Inaccurate numbers and omitted expiration dates are the most common reason for declined credit cards! Your order will not be processed and shipped until your credit card has been authorized.
After you place your order, look for an order confirmation e-mail from Wolf Pointe Embroidery. If there are any changes or delays in shipping your order or if we have a question regarding your order, we will e-mail you. Check your email frequently for additional messages from Wolf Pointe Embroidery and reply as quickly as possible!
However, if you are not comfortable placing your credit card number on the internet, just click “Submit Secure Order”. Make sure you have entered your phone number with area code and we will call you for your credit card information. Please have on hand your credit card and order confirmation number that will be e-mailed to you after you place your order. You also have the option of using the manual ordering form linked off the main page of our Online Catalog.
RETURNS
We make every attempt to ship your order correctly. Keep in mind we do charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Items which have been personalized, special orders and sale items are FINAL. Books and calendars are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues. NO returns will be accepted on these items.
If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all, you may return it. We will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item, provided you contact us by e-mail, phone or fax within 5 business days to obtain a return authorization for the product which you are not satisfied with. The item must be returned in the same state in which you received it [must NOT be washed, no cigarette or other odors, etc]. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
We will credit you for the cost of the item less the restocking fee [shipping not included]. If you paid via your credit card, a credit will be issued to the same credit card account number which you used. If you paid via money order or cashier’s check, a refund check will be issued and mailed to you.
No refunds on shipping fees. Return postage on returns are at the buyer's expense.

For Expess Delivery we use FedEx Services to any street address in the continental U.S as well an international shipments. If Express Delivery is chosen, we will send you the FedEx Services available including charges and delivery date/time for you to chose from. You will then need to notify us which FedEx Service you wish to use.

We welcome international orders.
Surface, Air Parcel Post and Express Delivery options are available.
